My birthday present from dad

For my recent birthday, dad gave me a "Sky Defender - Special Force Series". It is a 176 pieces of blocks (like Lego) that I need to assemble to become a big robotic figure. Waaaaaaaa.....

During the weekend, I am going to assemble the robot and post it here later... it's now 50% ready!

Why only 50% ready?

There's a lot of assignments and Taekwondo training to go. I can only do this on weekends (provided all my other assignments and homework has completed). If not, Mama will nagged me to my edge! Hahahaha.... sorry Mom. :-)

I am so excited to get my new "Sky Defender" to be ready 100%. Will post it again later once completed.

Note : I have got my Blue Taekwondo Belt! Yahooo....

Note : I hope my dad will buy me also the complete "Sky Defender" Jet! Hahahaha...

Different Blade Types for Your Remote Control Helicopters

After getting a Remote-Control helicopter for my birthday, I have been practicing on it every day and also... I have been reading and browsing the internet about RC helicopter! Whoa....

During my initial practice with my new RC helicopter... it always hit the wall! Yeah... I haven't practice controlling fully. My dad always had to change the blade! LOL!

As far as the remote control helicopter blades go, I was very lucky to get a few pairs of extra blades (that comes in with the initial purchases). So I could see what are important things to check when you're looking into purchasing another remote control helicopter for your collection, and especially when you're getting ready to purchase your very first remote control helicopter.

Essentially, the blades are very important. They need to be durable, in case you are not a very good flyer, because it is the blades that will often run into things and become damaged. At the same time, you don't want the blades to be too sharp, because you don't want them to damage any of your other things, especially if you're flying the helicopter in your home (which my Mama will scream if I do fly my RC helicopter in the house! Hehehe...).

So all in all, you're best off going with a helicopter that has strong metal or plastic blades--although the plastic blades tend to be lighter, so they are sometimes the better bet, but the metal blades tend to be more durable, so it's really anyone's guess. And you also want to look for blades that are rounded at the edges. This is no only good because rounded edges are more aerodynamic, it's also good because you can protect yourself and your loved ones from cutting themselves on the helicopter blades when they are, for instance, taking a helicopter down from a high shelf.

My Mini RC Helicopter

I know of a friend who had a helicopter on a high shelf, and he didn't know to get rounded blades, and when he reached to take it down, he dropped it, and actually cut his hands pretty badly. He didn't need stitches, but it was still a scary incident for him that he could have avoided by just getting a helicopter with rounded edges. In other cases, I hear about people that got metal blades on their helicopters, and the rest of the helicopter wasn't built powerfully enough to support the heavy metal blades, and these helicopters never fly properly.

Anyway, thanks Dad for this wonderful birthday present!

School Holidays ,My Birthday and World Cup 2010 !

2 weeks school holidays is coming to an end! Next week, we are going to school. Whoa..

I have been watching World Cup with my dad and been staying up late since most of the time, the football session is at 2.00 am in the morning! Hehehe.... my excuse of waking up late and did not want Mama to send me to the childcare!
Super Yoyo

My birthday (on 15th June) has been fun. My cousins came to the house to celebrate with me. I got a remote control helicopter from dad and a super Yoyo from Mama. (Now...I am an expert Yoyo player!)

This past few days, I have been testing my skills to control and flying my remote control helicopter. It's very challenging!

Today is my birthday and I am 7 years old !

Mama said I am a big boy now ! And she can't believe that I am 7 ! Hehehe !

Shhh.... Ayah had to wake me up and Mama had to drag me to the bathroom ! Hahaha !

Mama fetched me at school in the afternoon. My nose bled since it was so hot ! Mama asked to rest and have a nap after taking my lunch. My head spinned a little bit.

In the evening, Mama and I go and buy my Birthday Cake at Tesco.

My cousin (Syahmi) had promised to come to my house at night to celebrate my
